Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Wilstar: The Welding Centre online. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Technical Issues

If you have a technical problem or fault with your purchase you should firstly phone us on 020 8399 2449 so that we can either help to resolve the problem or arrange for a replacement.

Damaged Goods

If it is found to be necessary to replace your item we will arrange collection of the faulty item and delivery of the replacement.

If you need to return an item within 14 days, we are happy to refund the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.

What to do next?

Prior to returning any goods for any reason, please contact us on 020 8399 2449 to inform us, of the reason for the return and to obtain a Returns Authorisation Name/Number.

Return goods should be sent to “The Returns Department, Wilstar Marketing Ltd, 293 Ewell Road, Surbiton, Surrey.

KT6 7AB clearly quoting one of the following –  Account Number, Order Number or Return Authorisation Name/Number.

Any goods returned within 14 days as ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrectly ordered’ may be subject to restocking fees of 20%

For the avoidance of doubt, all returned items will be inspected prior to any refund or replacement being issued. Wilstar Marketing Ltd T/As The Welding Centre reserves the right to reject returns if the parcel is not in a suitable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure unwanted returns to reach our warehouse in a suitable condition.
